Springhill Suites Dallas Dfw Airport North/Grapevine – Hotel near airport in Grapevine

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a closet to hang up my work attire, a huge bathroom, and the most comfortable king-size bed. The service was friendly and helpful, although there were instances of staff being yelled at in front of guests. The location worked perfectly for me, right in front of the Grapevine Mills Mall and close to the airport. The dining experience was a bit lacking, with sparse options at the breakfast but overall satisfactory. The facilities were good, offering dry cleaning, shops, and laundry services.

As soon as I walked into the room, I noticed a musty smell similar to an overused air freshener that gave me a headache. The room layout felt basic like a suite. Despite that, the location was fantastic for accessing nearby stores and eateries, yet the presence of alcohol trash around the premises was a letdown. The service was a mixed bag with helpful staff but lacking knowledge. The dining experience offered limited options, resulting in a disappointing affair with wrapped cold items. The overall value for the price paid did not meet my expectations.

The location was great for what we wanted to do and needed, but it seemed overwhelmed by the number of people at times.
